As I need to focus on my dissertation, there aren't many cool posts of my life for you guys yet! But there is still some nice outfits from the Golden Globes this year. So I thought I'd share another favourites with you!

Golden Globe favourites

As yesterday was the day of the Golden Globes, I couldn't resist the fashion! Here are a few of my favourites - I think it's obvious I like white and simple gowns this time! The only exeption is Lorde's suit, but I think it's just so sharp and simple! Definitely better than dressing up in horrible old-fashioned prom like gowns as a lot of people do. Sometimes less is definitely more!

Food photography

As I am responsible for the cafe's (online) image, we took a day to go and do some new shoots for 2015. As this idea came to us quite late, as usual, we only got to take so many photos before it got dark.

I have to admit, I have always liked photography, but as most things in my life, I have no consistancy! I think I have been consistent in only 2 things in my life: fashion, as I challenged myself and chose this as my career path for now, so it is always on my mind, even if it's only a uni project at a time, and working out to Pilates, even though I can go months without doing anything, this is something I always come back to.

Now, photography has had a soft spot for me but I haven't studied it ever, ok, I guess a 2 hours 10 years ago doesn't count? But now I can use all my creativity and skills to make photos for Cafe promotion so here are some better photos from yesterday.

Rewind: 2014

Even though 2015 has been here for a week (already?!), I am going to have a quick recap of 2014 - just to have an overview of that amazing year that passed too quickly! The year was filled with a lot of work both in my placement in Monton in the Visual Merchandising department, from where I learnt so-so much and got to work with very talented people to editing and adding so much to the Cafe in terms of marketing ideas and plans to starting my last year in university to complete my degree in Fashion Buying. So let's have a look!

In 2014 I:

Went to Italy for the first time:

Challenged myself the most in my life and entered a 7km race and completed running the whole route! One of the proudest moments in my life not just in 2014:

Celebrated my 22nd in London with pizza in Notting Hill and a day in Portobello:

And then celebrated by going back to the 80s:

Moved into a lovely new flat in Huddersfield:

Conquered Castle Hill:

My beautiful parents visited England with my sister:

2014 was very very busy but I can only say that I learnt a lot and achieved a lot. This is when I work best - when I have a lot to do! 2015 has quite a lot to live up to but I have a good feeling aboyt it.
